Relevant officials from the Industry Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Sichuan Provincial Economic Cooperation Bureau, relevant municipal departments, various districts (counties), and AI industrial parks attended the conference. During the meeting, officials from the Chengdu Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, the Chengdu Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Digital Economy Bureau, the Chengdu Jinjiang Economic Development Zone, the Management Committee of Chenghua Economic Development Zone, and the Data Bureau of Xinjin District, Chengdu, presented on Chengdu's business environment, AI industry, application scenarios, and industrial parks.
An official from the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Digital Economy Bureau delivered a dedicated industrial presentation, systematically outlining the zone's advantages in AI industry development. In 2025, the core industry scale of AI and robotics in the entire zone reached RMB 90.7 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 44% compared to 2024. The zone has gathered over 700 key enterprises, including more than 60 key players in the field of embodied intelligence, forming a complete chain system of "Computing Power Chips – Large Models – Industry-specific Intelligent Agents – Embodied Robots."
The official stated: "Six enterprises in the zone have been selected as provincial AI chain-leader enterprises in Sichuan, and three have made it onto the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Top 100 List for Comprehensive AI Enterprise Strength. Thirteen large models have passed the national generative AI service filing, 154 deep synthesis algorithms have completed registration, and 34 units have been selected for the MIIT Artificial Intelligence Standardization Technical Committee – all ranking first in Western China. Ten achievements were selected as MIIT Typical Application Cases of AI in 2025. Professional carriers like the Xinchuanzhixin Robot Park and the Zhuge Space AI Ecological Demonstration Zone continue to open up real-world testing environments, with over 100 application scenarios witnessing the co-growth of AI and the city. Currently, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone has formed a complete development pathway of 'Thriving Industries through Technology, Attracting Industries through Computing Power, Nurturing Industries through Scenarios, and Strengthening Industries through Ecosystems.'"
Additionally, specially invited guests including Lu Cewu, Founder and CEO of Qiangche Intelligence; Huang Shan, Chairman of Chengdu EVENTEC Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Zhi, Head of the Pan-Western Region of Zibianliang Robotics; He Zhaofeng, Executive Vice President of the Sichuan Provincial AI Research Institute; and Yang Xue, Partner of Zhongxin Xicheng, among other representatives from AI enterprises, associations, and investment firms, shared their insights on stage.
Huang Shan spoke as a representative of a local enterprise. She stated that the company's ability to achieve large-scale, real-world deployment of community delivery robots across thousands of buildings is inseparable from the fertile industrial soil of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone. "Chengdu Hi-tech Zone provides full-cycle development support for embodied intelligence enterprises, from preferential computing power and scenario opening to specialized park carriers. Open scenarios like Xinchuanzhixin Robot Park and Zhuge Space allow us to test our products without traveling far, significantly shortening the commercialization verification cycle." Huang Shan highly commended the synergistic advantages of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone's complete AI industry chain, where local enterprises, algorithm teams, and offline scenario resources are tightly interconnected, forming a virtuous cycle of efficient upstream and downstream collaboration. "Relying on this innovative hotbed, EVENTEC will continue to iterate multi-scenario delivery robot solutions and expand diverse landing scenarios in industrial parks, commercial areas, and apartments. At the same time, we sincerely invite embodied intelligence hardware, algorithm, and operation enterprises from across the country to establish themselves in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, sharing massive real-world scenarios, an excellent business environment, and a vast local market, working together to build a highland for the embodied intelligence industry in Western China."

Nearly 200 people participated in this event, which brought together numerous leading companies in the AI and robotics industry, including major players like Tencent, Volcano Engine, Alibaba Cloud, Ant Group, and Kuaishou, as well as leading robotics companies such as Unitree, AGIBOT, Zibianliang, Leju Robotics, and Accelerated Evolution.
Outside the main venue, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone also showcased its "hardcore strength" in AI. Over ten local enterprises, including TD Tech, Chengdu EVENTEC, Tianjiang Xinhua, Chengdu Yurui Innovation, Sichuan Embodied Intelligent Robot Technology, Chengdu E-Sheng Medical, Sichuan Kupan Technology, Chengdu Huagao Scene Technology, Chengdu Dili Technology, Chengdu Potential AI, Eva Cloud Intelligence, and Yuzhi Lingdong, exhibited their core products, comprehensively demonstrating the zone's full-chain innovation capabilities in AI.
The innovations on display covered the entire spectrum of tracks, including underlying hardware, general-purpose large models, industry-specific intelligent agents, humanoid robots, and consumer-grade AI.
Robotics
TD Tech brought a quadruped robot, widely applicable in scenarios such as security patrols, emergency deployment, major security operations, and communication support. Tianjiang Xinhua showcased the cultural tourism robot "Xiaoxin," the first domestic robot integrating multi-scenario flexible services and precise manipulation. This robot is already operating commercially at the Chengdu Museum of Natural History, having served over 100,000 visitors. Chengdu EVENTEC exhibited lightweight delivery robots verified through long-term real-world community operations. In one residential area in Chengdu, these robots completed nearly 30,000 last-mile delivery tasks in four months and are now being deployed on a large scale nationwide, providing mature solutions for the large-scale implementation of community-oriented embodied intelligence.

AI + Automotive
Chengdu Dili Technology unveiled its fully self-developed intelligent shared mobility scooter. This AI "big guy" is primarily designed for scenic spots, parks, and industrial parks. It supports switching between manual and autonomous modes, possesses automatic dispatch capabilities enabling QR-code-based auto-parking and return, and features a one-click car-hailing function. It can automatically navigate to charging stations when needed. The scooter can be customized with additional functions based on the specific scenario, such as smart reservation, AR navigation, dynamic scheduling, and ecological monitoring.
